Analysis of the entire job titles posted in the http//www.jobstreets.com.my, which are related to the software engineering professionals advertised on 9 -11 Dec 2010.
Based on what the requirement from the advertiser we can see that most of companies require an experience worker for their vacancies. Even though there are still companies that give an oppurtunity to fresh graduates, its merely few.The question is how a fresh graduates can gather experiences if most of the companies that have vacancy prefer to take an experience applicants?
Wouldn't that be cruel for a freshman??

For me, this job description is a bit tough
especially for newly graduate student since 'most' of it require at least 1 year of working experience
